As all our products are made to order we currently have a 2 week lead time, this is subject to change and we will keep this updated as much as possible.
Once your payment is received our Nanny will start to make your hat.
If you wish to make any changes to your order we ask that you get in touch within 24 hours, as once your hat has started to be made we will be unable to make any changes to your order.
DELIVERY:
Standard UK delivery: £3 for a single item, £4 for multiple items.
Local 'contact free' collection: Free. If you live in the Stourbridge area and would like to 'collect in person' from us, then please get in touch and we will arrange a suitable contact free collection time. Just enter the code ‘COLLECTION’ at the checkout.
Worldwide shipping: please use the 'contact us' form on the website or contact us via our social media pages for a personalised quote.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
We hope that you will love your Addi's hat however if on the rare occasion there is a fault or issue with your product we ask that you contact us by email to [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt.
We are happy to refund or exchange your product, if it is agreed that there is a fault with your item. Items should be returned in their original condition.
All returns postage costs are payable by the customer. We recommend you gain proof of postage as we are unable to refund or exchange items lost during transit.
